Google Pixel 3A XL is not a very impressive smartphone especially when it comes to the processor. In other departments, the phone fairs well depending on what a user is looking from a phone. Huawei P30 Pro is the 2019 flagship from Huawei and it comes with some mindblowing features. First, let's talk about design. On the front, we have a large 6.47 inch OLED display with Full HD+ resolution. The resolution is not Quad HD+ here but still, the display looks gorgeous with great colors, good saturation, and excellent viewing angles. The display is just very sharp and responsive and works really well. There is an in-display fingerprint sensor which works fine but it is not that fast. The hardware is very powerful and can take care of all types of heavy games and apps without any issues at all.

The camera on the back is a triple camera setup with 40MP + 20MP + 8MP sensors. The 40MP is the primary camera sensor, the 20MP is an ultra wide angle lens and 8MP is the telephoto lens with up to 5X optical zoom. Huawei has added interesting features in the camera with which you can zoom up to 50X. The front camera is a 32MP sensor and is placed inside that small dewdrop notch. The camera performance of Huawei P30 Pro is just excellent. The phone takes beautiful pictures even in low light conditions and it is safe to say that P30 Pro is the best camera smartphone as of the first half of 2019.

The battery inside the P30 Pro is 4200 mAh and the phone supports fast charging and wireless charging. A fast charger is also included in the box. The battery backup of the phone is great. You can expect it to last for 2 days with normal usage which is something we don't see on flagship devices. 

Overall, Huawei P30 Pro is a flagship which excels in every department. It has a beautiful display, it takes great pictures, the battery backup is phenomenal and internal hardware is top of the line as well. Samsung S10 Plus was our favorite phone in the under 70000 and 80000 segments but now we think P30 Pro deserves to replace it.

On storage side we have 3 options: 64GB, 256GB and 512GB. Performance wise this is one of the best and you won't face any issues no matter how heavy the game is or how many apps are you switching. 

The iPhone XS comes with a 12MP+12MP dual camera at the back and 7MP camera at the front. The secondary camera on the rear is a telephoto lens which helps to zoom into the subject without losing image quality. The performance of both front and rear cameras is great. The pictures look great with plenty of details, good colors, and saturation. The portrait mode pictures look excellent with a natural looking blur/bokeh.

The iPhone XS is a dual sim device which is a good change done by Apple. The battery is a 2658 mAh which is almost the same as last year's iPhone X. The battery backup is great because of the optimizations are done by Apple. The iPhone XS supports fast charging and wireless charging but doesn't have a fast charger or wireless charger inside the box. The charger that comes with the phone is very slow and takes around 3 hours to charge which is disappointing. 

If you like Apple's closed ecosystem and can afford to spend around 1 lac on a new phone then go for iPhone XS. It is a great phone and the best you can get.

10. Google Pixel 3 XL

If you are looking for the best Android Phone and best camera phone available as of Q4 of 2018 or 2019 as well, then Google Pixel 3 XL is for you. The Pixel 3 XL is a lot like last year's Pixel 2 XL which was the best camera smartphone before Pixel 3 XL launched. The bezels on the bottom have reduced but still, they are big compared to modern smartphones. Plus, there is a massive notch at the top where you can land an airplane. The notch might be irritating at first but you will get used to it.

The Pixel 3 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset with 4GB of RAM and 64/128GB of storage. Pixel 3 runs on Stock Android Pie 9.0 which is the latest version of Android as of November 2018. Powerful hardware and clean software mean that the performance of this smartphone is one of the best in the Android segment. You can switch between multiple apps and play heavy games at the highest setting and this phone will handle them like a champ. 

The camera is the USP of the Pixel 3 XL. There is a 12.2MP camera on the rear and a dual 8MP+8MP setup on the front. The numbers aren't that fancy but the performance is. Pixel 3 XL is the best camera smartphone you can get. Even with it's a single rear camera sensor it beats the phones like iPhone XS in all types of conditions. The portraits mode shots also look crisp with excellent edge detection. The front selfie camera takes excellent pictures as well.

Pixel 3 XL is a single sim device and doesn't support MicroSD cards as well so keep that in mind before buying it. 

Overall, Pixel 3 XL is a solid camera phone. The display is gorgeous and the design is nice. The performance is great as well. It is a bit expensive though. But if you can afford it and need the best Android and camera experience then Pixel 3 XL is for you.
